How do I place an order for an Auto Ship item?
1. Choose a Nicter e-liquid flavor or coil from the shopping cart.
2. Products elegible for VIP Program will have a "VIP Auto Ship Program" Button. Check box.
3. Continue Checkout process.
4. After reviewing your order, click Submit Order to place your order.
5. You will receive 10% off each subsequent order of your VIP Program.
Your next shipment will automatically be processed on the schedule you select when you place your initial order. Approximately 3 days before each scheduled shipment, we will send an e-mail notification to let you know your next order is being processed, allowing you a chance to make any necessary updates. On your scheduled shipment date we will process your order send you both an order and a shipment confirmation email to keep you updated on the status of your Auto Ship order.
How can I pay for my Auto Shipment?
Credit or debit cards are the only forms of payment that can be used for Auto Ship orders.
You pay for auto ship items only as they are shipped. For each shipment, we will charge the credit card saved on file for the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed, less the Auto Ship discount, plus any Loyalty or Referral Rewards points applicable.
How do I manage my Auto Shipments?
After you place your order, you can manage your Auto Ship details by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 224-377-9827. You can change the Auto Ship frequency, next shipment date, and payment method as well as Pause, Skip or Cancel your Auto Shipments.
How is my discount calculated?
The discount you receive for your Auto Shipment will be calculated using the Cherryvape.com regular price for the item on the day each shipment is processed less your Auto Ship discount and if applicable, minus Loyalty and/or Referral points. You will be notified via email if the price of the item increases or decreases, therefore the amount you're charged may also increase or decrease.
When you place your Auto Ship order we will compare all applicable savings opportunities. You will receive the best price on all items on your order.
How is Shipping & Delivery handled for Auto Shipments?
Your scheduled shipment date is the date your auto ship item will be sent to USPS for processing. Auto Ship items are mailed via First Class Mail and not eligible for shipping upgrades.
You can expect to receive your shipment within 5 business days after your scheduled shipment date. An estimated delivery range will display on the Stamps.com or USPS.com websites when you search your delivery confirmation number, however Cherry Vape cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number for your convenience.
What if an Auto Ship item is not available on a scheduled shipment date?
If any Auto Ship item is unavailable on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay via email, and we will continue to attempt to fulfill the order. If the product becomes available, we will ship the item to you, and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
If the item does not become available before the next scheduled shipment date, we will notify you via email that the shipment has been canceled. Future orders will not be affected, provided the Auto Ship item becomes available, and will be delivered according to your selected schedule.
If any Auto Ship item is discontinued or no longer available for any reason, we will automatically cancel your Auto Ship for that item and no additional orders associated with that Auto Ship item will be placed.
Why is my Auto Shipment on Hold?
If any problems arise with your Auto Shipment payment method, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your account asking that you resolve the problem. All of your Auto Shipments will be placed on hold and no additional shipment will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.
How do I update my Payment Method?
You can update your payment method by canceling your current Auto Ship order, or via the email to email@example.com or by calling 224-377-9827.

You can adjust your Auto Shipment schedule by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 224-377-9827. You can pause, skip next delivery, change the next shipment date and frequency, update the quantity or cancel your Auto Shipment at any time.
